Juan Felipe de Jesús Nakpil,   KGCR  (born  Juan Felipe Nakpil y de Jesús ; May 26, 1899 – May 7, 1986) known as  Juan Nakpil , was a  Filipino  architect, teacher and a community leader.   Francisco V. Coching  (January 29, 1919 [2]  – September 1, 1998 [3] ) was a Filipino comic books illustrator and writer and is regarded as one of the “pillars of the Philippine  Komiks  Industry”. [4]  He served as both illustrator and writer for his comic book stories, [3]  Coching is referred to as the "King of Komiks", [5]  and as the "Dean of Philippine Comics".
